I am still working on this, so unless you have a relatively mature child, I wouldn't get it for a kid. Maybe a patient pre teen or teenager. For an adult though, the level of detail is worth it. It's coming out quite nicely. Decent quality paint. I gave up and am using my own paint brushes though. It reminds me of those adult coloring books. Therapeutic. With something beautiful at the end.
