    I wanted to order a custom kit urgently for a personal reason. So I was trying to find a PBN company that ships from within USA. I am really glad I found Just Paint By Number (note that there is no 'S' in Number).

    My order was dispatched quickly and I was able to confirm it by calling the company directly. Also, while I would have appreciated more options in canvas size, I did find it easier to paint a larger canvas than what I wanted. The quality of paints was very good. The recipient of the finished painting was absolutely floored when they saw my creation! I'd definitely order from this company again!

    Actually the pieces to paint in my painting are so small that I am afraid to paint it. I am sure that I will mess it up. I don’t even feel like it’s painting or more dot coloring. I have had it for a month but afraid to do it and waste my money because it was a bit pricey.

    I really like the wave came out. However, I would suggest the company send a sheet of paper with the picture and numbers on it to use as reference if yoy miss something. There are a lot of very small areas and if the smallest bit of paint from an adjacent area covers the number, you then have to guess which colour to insert.

    It arrived crumpled and the company made no commercial gesture in return. They asked me to iron the canvas, I had to buy an iron and there are still creases. I still started painting but it really bothers me, plus I'm afraid of lacking certain predominant colors to be able to finish the painting.

    Came quickly, however canvas was quite wrinkled. I reached out to support, who promptly gave me some tips on how to remedy the situation. The brushes send with we’re trash, but I picked up some new brushes at a local store cheaply, which worked much better. Three of the 23 paints were a little dried out. As I was painting, I was skeptical, but trust the process. Overall, it came out great and I’d happily purchase another.

    Sticks were sent for me to put together as a frame?? Then I had to figure out how to attach canvas. What a joke. Also, numbers and outline so black the light color paints can't cover them. Request to return the 2 of 3 unopened items and keep getting the run around.

    I was very happy with my artwork! My paints came perfect, no drying out. The only thing is that some of the spots are so small that it is extremely hard to see the numbers, especially after painting around it. Good quality and DIY done very well. Would get again!

    Not happy at all. When I requested specific refills of 2 colors and the original number was dried out, it was ignored and got an e-mail back saying they give me a CLEAR link with instructions. I also give clear instructions. It cost me $12 and got all the colors which I didn’t ask for . Your link is anything but clear. Also needed map.

    I got my mom two of the 12x16 ones. One landscape and one portrait of our family dogs that have passed away. She loved doing these. She thought the colors and paint turned out to be pretty good and higher quality than what she's tried before with paint by numbers.

    I really liked this painting. When I started it was going to be a fun project as I like to paint. As I was working through the colors I discovered four paint cups that were completely dry and unusable. They replaced the cups after I had to send pictures of them. The biggest problem with this project was the Paint. I put on four heavy coats of paint on the lighter colors, pink, yellow, orange and you can still see the numbers clearly. I have painted many paint by number projects {more than 15} and have never had to put more than two coats of paint to hide the numbers. As I said very disappointing. I have done other pictures from this company and never had this much of a problem with coverage.

    I've done several of these now from this company and I have two complaints: some of the paint pods are completely dried up and sometimes I can't see the numbers and wish they would send a map of the painting. Otherwise, love it. I've framed several and the quality overall is good

    One of my paint pots was completely dried out and unusable. After arguing with customer service back and forth through email, they finally sent me a replacement. This new pot of paint was EXACTLY THE SAME as the first one- completely dried out and unusable. My painting is almost complete, just waiting for this missing color. It was supposed to be a Mother’s Day gift, but due to having to argue with customer service for weeks, it is now too late. They were reluctant to send me a replacement, telling me to just “mix it with water”. After being completely fed up with the entire process, I asked for a refund and they have not given me one. Please do not waste your time with this company, there are many other ones to choose from!!

    I really had high hopes paint a picture of my best friends dog that recently cross the rainbow bridge. And I got the canvas the spaces for the colors were so tiny they could not even fit a number inside the boxes. And the brushes they sent were way too big to paint such tiny spaces.

    My paint by number looks incredible! I loved how I was sent an email in advance asking to approve the design for my paint by number. It was helpful to see what I was paying for as a rough computerized product. I ordered a 20x24 inch canvas which works amazingly for reading numbers and lines clearly. Im not sure how it would be by going smaller. Im about a third of the way done with my painting and am ecstatic to see the final results :)

    This is such a unique experience and I had really high hopes for it. I requested a paint by number with one of my wedding photos and the proof looked just fine. The shipping took forever, but I was eagerly awaiting it as a date night activity for my husband and me.
    The first issue was that my order didn't include the frame. Apparently, I bought the wrong option Why would you even sell the canvas without the frame? How do you paint the canvas without the frame?
    So I had to spend even more money and wait even longer for a frame to arrive from Amazon before we could being. Fine, whatever.
    Once we started painting I quickly realized that the paint colors were all WRONG. The colors they gave me for my wedding dress, which was white, were all shades of GREY. They changed my husband's suit from grey to black. And they changed the color of our skin tones so much that we look like an entirely different couple! The finished portrait is unrecognizable and offensive! I don't understand how this happened, because the proof was just fine! I'm deeply disappointed in the entire experience. Almost $100 was wasted between all of it. Would not recommend. Would not purchase again.

    This is really neat and a GREAT gift idea. I will say you need lots of patients and the paint dries quick but with a little water that is resolved. The lighter colors need a second coat and you may need a magnifying glass for the smaller numbers. But besides this I love it. I will def buy again

    I use many different types of Paint by Number companies and found this one to be really good. The product was exactly as ordered, the paint and brushes were excellent color schemes, and the end result was very satisfying.

    The best part is that they have better variety of sketches than most of the other companies that are somewhat bland - the Blue Veil Women is simply stunning.

    Not all of the necessary paint was included in my order. We were supposed to receive 7 containers of black paint (the main color in the photo) and we only received one container. I tried using black paint from an arts and craft store and now the picture is completely ruined. The shades of black do not match and this painting is now useless.

    This was sent to the wrong address. I did not have access to the address it was sent to. I was told that the person that it was delivered to returned the item to the post office and I still don't have it. The most I was helped was the phone number for USPS and they told me I could pay 50% to get the same picture again. Very very rude and inconsiderate. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. And now I won't even get it. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

    When I placed the order for two paint by number sets for my granddaughters for Christmas, I didn't realize shipping would take over three weeks because the items are shipped from China. The gifts arrived after Christmas, and were rolled up pieces of canvas and some paints in plastic mini cups. So before I give them as gifts, I need to package them in boxes. And now it's two late for Christmas gifts. Hopefully when my granddaughters receive them, and use them, there will be a beautiful final product. I'll let you know.

    I ordered my painting on Dec. 2 didn’t receive a shipping notification until 10 days later. Then once my order shipped it didn’t move for another 10 days. The site said usually ships between 12-20 days. I figured it was a toss up to get it before Christmas. But after reaching out multiple times looking for some sort of update, I found out it was shipping from China, and a second order has now been created and I was notified via email with someone else’s name attached. Now no response. I’m still praying my order it comes in the mail (and isn’t someone else’s) sometime soon because it’s part of my wife’s Christmas gift.
